To support our growth and strategic goals, we are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a recruiting strategy that attracts and retains top-tier clinical and administrative talent, helping us build a world-class team.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies aligned with Finni's business goals, focusing on attracting top talent for clinical roles, including entry-level technician-driven jobs, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clinical directors, as well as corporate roles.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruiting team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and support, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage all clinic job postings and optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure a high quality of hire.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs, forecast talent demands, and build robust pipelines. Communicate regularly with Practice Success Managers (PSMs), providing feedback on how to improve the hiring process.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across all recruiting functions.

  • Capacity Management: Recruit for headquarters (HQ) roles and step in to assist with clinical hiring during periods of high demand to ensure no capacity shortages.

  • Sourcing & Sponsorships: Oversee and guide the team's sourcing efforts, leveraging a variety of platforms and strategies, including partnerships and sponsorships, to proactively build strong candidate pipelines.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, market data, and best practices in behavioral health and corporate recruiting to maintain a competitive edge.

About You
  • Recruiting Expertise: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role. Experience with ABA or technician-driven jobs is a plus.

  • Healthcare & Startup Experience: Proven experience in healthcare recruiting, with a strong understanding of the behavioral or mental health industry. Experience working in a startup environment, especially within health tech or ABA, is highly recommended.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a recruiting team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Data-Driven: A track record of using data to inform decisions, track performance, and implement process improvements.

  • Strategic Thinker: Experience developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, PSMs, and POs.

  • Tech Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby) and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Compensation:

    • Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000 annually. This represents the anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

    • Benefits: This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
