About the Role

We’re looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast moving hiring efforts. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and keeping our recruiting operations organized and efficient. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to schedule interviews, maintain systems, and create a white-glove experience from first touch to in person on-sites.

This is a hands on, detail oriented role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves logistics, and enjoys making the hiring process feel personal, organized, and professional. This is a contract position with potential for full-time based on performance and our business needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or operations

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. You thrive in the details and don’t let things slip

  • Exceptional communicator; clear, kind, and confident in writing and over Zoom

  • Experience with tools like Ashby, Google Calendar, Slack, and Notion

  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities

  • Able to work part-time (+20 hours/week) and based in San Francisco HQ


What You’ll Do

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews across time zones, manage logistics, and ensure all parties are prepped and aligned

  • Candidate Experience: Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Answer questions, provide updates, and make the experience smooth and welcoming

  • ATS/ System Maintenance: Keep our ATS (Ashby) updated and clean. Manage candidate records, interview plans, and internal notes

  • Operational Support: Help streamline recruiting processes, support sourcing projects, and jump in on ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed


Pay Range: $33.00 - $38.00 USD (Hourly)
