🔍 Why we’re looking for you
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent team. In this role you will play a key part in managing the candidate experience and ensuring a fast yet smooth hiring process. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on business needs and performance.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
💥 The impact you will have
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, logistics and ad-hoc projects
✅ What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree and least 1 year of corporate work experience.
- Prior recruiting coordinator experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - flexibility and agility are key to this role.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Experience with GoodTime and Lever is a huge plus.
🏆 Compensation
- This is a 1099 contract position, and the target starting hourly rate is $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience and location.
