This role is structured as a 6 month project-based engagement through a third-party vendor. The selected consultant will ensure delivery of scoped services related to Lime’s Global Recruiting Team. The role as Contract Recruiting Coordinator will support our Global Recruiting Team. This is an exciting and visible role where you'll have regular interactions with the business and candidates. The ideal candidate will be equal parts coordinator and recruiting enthusiast. In this role, you'll own the interview scheduling, employment contract and job creation processes and will support with accounting related tasks for the team. You'll be a thought partner in the ideation and execution of process enhancements alongside our Global Recruiting Operations team.
This is a remote position based in the United States, with a requirement that the individual hired in this role reside in the Eastern Time Zone to effectively support our North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
The required hours for this position are 9:00 - 5:00 pm or 10:00 - 6:00 pm (ideal) Eastern Time.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate a high volume of virtual interviews, including but not limited to: technical assessments, panel presentations, and complex global interview panels
Backup support to the Tech Team Recruiting Coordinator when needed
Process US offer letters and global employment contracts
Create and maintain interview plans within the ATS (Ashby), partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure appropriate information is in the system
Process all incoming invoices for the Recruiting team
Recruitment and project support when time permits and as needed, including but not limited to: reviewing inbound applicant flow, initial outreach to candidates, etc.
About You:
2 years of relevant experience supporting Executive hiring within a mid-stage technology startup, with a proven track record in managing complex global calendar logistics and coordinating scheduling in a fast-paced, international environment
Proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Docs and Sheets as well as Slack
Proven experience in maintaining proactive, timely, and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers throughout the coordination process
Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven ambiguous environment
Ability to interact with stakeholders independently and professionally
Ability to embrace change and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with limited supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing requests that come in daily
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team
Sound judgment in decision-making with the aptness to solve in the moment problems with tact and empathy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
Preferred Experience:
4 years of total work experience
Experience working with an ATS (Ashby)
Bachelor’s degree
