Own security risk identification, quantification, prioritization, and remediation across third-party risk, assessments, and security findings. Maintain risk registers, reporting, metrics, and remediation tracking while partnering with technical and business stakeholders. Lead AI risk management for ISO 42001 certification and build automation, scripting, and AI-enabled tools to improve GRC workflows. Monitor emerging risks, frameworks, regulations, and threat trends, communicating business-relevant risk insights to leadership.

Manages a portfolio of customer renewals from tracking and quoting through on-time closure. Conducts consultative customer conversations, identifies expansion opportunities, prepares renewal documentation, analyzes usage and contract terms, escalates risks, and maintains accurate CRM records. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and peers to resolve blockers, forecast outcomes, support retention, and drive recurring revenue growth within defined processes and frameworks.

Manages a team of renewals professionals, translating renewal strategy into daily processes, forecasting retention and expansion, monitoring CRM performance, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Coaches team members, sets goals, drives accountability, resolves moderately complex renewal issues, supports pricing and contract discussions, removes workflow blockers, and fosters engagement in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
