Own full-cycle global recruiting for technical, product, sales, business, and operational roles. Source and evaluate candidates, advise hiring managers, manage interview processes, and maintain hiring momentum. Oversee recruiting vendors and a global sales consultant program, including contracts, onboarding, CRM tracking, documentation, and follow-up. The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, business acumen, discretion, and experience working across time zones in a distributed company.

Lead multi-year strategic planning and annual operating cycles, evaluate portfolio tradeoffs, build financial models for capital allocation, and translate strategy into cross-functional execution plans with KPIs. Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, scenario modeling, and track performance through operating cadences to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

The Account Executive will manage major enterprise accounts across Florida, build C-level relationships, develop strategic account plans, act as a trusted advisor, and align cloud security solutions with customer goals. The role requires full-cycle software or security sales experience, enterprise selling expertise, and a record of meeting targets and closing new logos. The position also involves collaboration with internal teams and channel partners, strategic sales planning, and adoption of AI tools to improve workflows.
