Job Responsibilities:
Education and Experience• Bachelor degree in technical field preferred or equivalent experience• At least 5 years' experience in a Quality Technician/Inspection or equivalent position• Knowledge of Vehtek Systems processes, policies, and procedures• Advanced Knowledge of customer and Quality Management System standard requirements• Knowledge of automotive fabrication processes• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning methods• Basic Tolerance Skills• Knowledge of B.I.W. part to part• Knowledge of computer aided measuring devices and how to use, program, and analyze data• Knowledge of customer portals (FCH, GM, Ford, Honda)• Basic welding knowledge from Quality and reliability aspects• Basic stamping knowledge regarding B.I.W. components• Experience managing suppliers and related supplier issues• Advanced Knowledge in Quality systems development• Strong computer skills required• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tool
