Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst professional to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing provider reports for Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and other associated evaluations, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy.  This role serves as the final checkpoint between the physician and the customer, guaranteeing that all concerns and questions have been addressed comprehensively. 

 Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review dictated and transcribed IME reports, correcting grammatical, spelling, or factual errors and ensuring consistency of opinions and completeness of materials reviewed.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of reports, ensuring all physicians’ recommendations are clearly articulated and all relevant questions are addressed
  • Work closely with physicians and internal stakeholders to ensure report quality and completeness.
  • Maintain strong communication with doctors and team members to facilitate accurate and timely report finalization.
  • Utilized advanced technology tools to aid in the quality assurance process.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality deliverables to our customers.
  • Ensure reports comply with referral IME services standards and verify AMA impairment ratings (6th edition).

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience in IME QA or related fields.
  • Experience working closely with physicians, adjusters and/or attorney groups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, or similar health related fields, preferred.
  • In-depth understanding and experience verifying 6th edition AMA impairment ratings.
  • Knowledge of federal IME services, including Department of Labor/Longshore business.
  • Exceptional professional judgment and communication skills, both written and verbal.

The salary range for this position is provided as an estimate based on current market conditions and company benchmarks.
