About the Role:
A QA Engineer uses manual and automated testing to troubleshoot our software and document a pathway for others to follow.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manual exploratory testing of web-based software.
- Troubleshooting web app errors and logs.
- Writing and maintaining automated Selenium tests.
- Participating in the software development process including business rule definition and design.
Required Skills Experience and Attributes:
- In-depth browser knowledge including developer tools and inspecting network requests
- 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
- Experience with Selenium and other automation tools
- Experience with K6 or other performance testing tools
- Ability to understand complex business rules and construct a test plan for feature validations
- Ability to find and comprehend edge cases beyond the intended flow of the software
