Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Charlotte, NC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of roofing projects, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to set deadlines and within budget. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project teams, expediting tasks, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. The Project Manager will also ensure that all project requirements and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and Logistics
  • Proficient in conducting Inspections
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the roofing industry is necessary
