Your Impact
The Producer serves as the primary point of contact for creative intake and delivery within their assigned business area, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creative Production. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of creative projects from intake through final delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned to strategy.
The Producer monitors incoming requests in Workfront, builds and maintains detailed project schedules, confirms resource assignments across copy and design teams, and proactively tracks progress to ensure timely execution. This role partners closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders, including Client Services and Creative teams, to clarify requirements, manage feedback cycles, mitigate risks, and drive projects to completion.
Producers in this role manage low to medium complexity projects within a defined channel or workstream, supporting the Creative Production Manager in balancing workload, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless delivery of creative assets to distribution platforms.
What You Will Do
  • Develops and maintains detailed project schedules in Workfront, ensuring alignment across Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Monitors incoming creative requests and facilitates Tier 2-3 project kick-off sessions with internal cross-functional partners to confirm scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Confirms resource assignments across copy and design teams and proactively manages workflow to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Tracks job progress daily and weekly, identifying risks to timelines or scope and escalating appropriately to the Creative Production Manager.
  • Manages project execution by coordinating timelines, routing feedback, facilitating revisions, and ensuring adherence to established creative and legal review processes.
  • Ensures all creative assets are delivered accurately and on time to the appropriate distribution platforms, aligning with media calendars and specifications.
  • Partners with Client Services and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage feedback cycles, and maintain alignment throughout project execution.
  • Collaborates with the Creative Production Manager to balance workload and ensure deliverables remain feasible within defined scope.
  • Supports larger or more complex initiatives in partnership with senior team members to build capability in creative delivery excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5 Years General Marketing Experience
  • 2-4 Years Experience in production
  • 2-4 Years Experience in project management

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Experience in a retail/home improvement environment
