Coordinates Elevation College and campus apprenticeship programs, including schedules, practicum placements, onboarding, recruitment events, travel, housing, budgets, communications, shipping, and mentor coordination. Supports the College Director and ministry departments while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities. The role also responds to prospective students, updates materials and website content, and maintains relationships with students, families, staff, mentors, and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIESElevation College Support
- Support the Director in implementing all systems and logistics related to Elevation College.
- Manage practicum schedules to ensure alignment between SEU academics and ministry placements.
- Serve as the point of connection between Elevation Church and Elevation College, ensuring all marketing assets, creative assets, and content are scheduled and delivered on time to support the team.
- Partner with ministry departments to assign and support practicum placements at Elevation campuses.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for the team, speakers, and guests with care and attention to detail.
- Oversee all shipping and receiving for Elevation College and the Elevation Campus apprenticeship.
- Partner with the College Director to support communication, finances, calendar, and scheduling.
Recruitment & Marketing Support
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families.
- Support the coordination and setup of Elevation College tours and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the Communications Team to update materials and website content.
Campus Apprenticeship Support
- Coordinate communication and onboarding for new apprentices.
- Support the logistics and placement process for candidates.
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for apprentice events and sessions.
- Oversee program budgets, housing, and internal communications.
- Schedule regular check-ins and collect project updates.
- Manage coordination between mentors and the program director.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relational and approachable — able to connect well with students, parents, and staff.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines.
- Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
- Experience in college administration, student life, or academic support.
- Familiarity with SEU or similar university partnership models.
- Event planning or operations experience.
- Ministry background or experience serving in a church context.
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
