Manage timelines and execution of creative projects at Elevation Church, supporting campus initiatives, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the timelines, execution, and deliverables for all Campus creative requests, as well as helping support central initiatives (Church Anniversary, Easter, Reflect, Year-End, Christmas).
- Process requests, updates, and feedback using our project management platform.
- Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure the creators' well-managed schedules are met.
When building schedules, you’ll consider the full team’s priorities. - Manage the execution of relevant campus lobby decor and marketing for selected weekends.
- Manage and operate within budgets related to the department.
- Ensure that end products are delivered to our partners and our Campuses in a timely manner and
with excellence. - Work with and maintain multiple relationships: Designers and vendors (to complete design projects),
our Campus teams and Guest Experience Directors (to ensure all support aligns with the needs of
the experience), and other Project Managers on our teams (to decide timelines and be aware of other
team priorities).

- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5:00PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
