Position Overview:

Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently looking for a Project Management Specialist to join the Hardware & Software Integration IPT team located in El Segundo, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain control account baselines, including budgets, schedules, and technical performance measures.

  • Develop and implement Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and processes.

  • Monitor and analyze control account performance, identifying variances and trends.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to project managers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement corrective action plans.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards.

  • Participate in project reviews and audits.

  • Forecast Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).

  • Perform variance analysis (cost, schedule, and technical).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):

  • Prior experience with Scheduling

  • Previous experience in a technical setting, coordinating between various technical stakeholders

  • Boeing CAM Certified or equivalent

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: (Mid-Level, Level 3): $93,500 - $126,500

Summary pay range (Senior-Level 4): $115,600 - $156,400
