CLA is currently seeking a Digital Project/Consulting Manager - Sage Intacct - to join our growing CLA Digital Team. This role oversees and owns the development of project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects within the Digital service while managing project risks and ensuring project quality.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
  • Configure and customize software solutions to meet client-specific needs.
  • Meets with existing and potential clients to define business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and where new services/software can add value.
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues during the implementation process.
  • Conduct implementation pilots, identify areas for product and process improvement, and make recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements

Experience

  • 6 years of experience working in project management required.
  • 7 years' preferred
  • Experience with IS&T-oriented projects, such as data integration, dashboard development, or software development preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required. (Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)

Certifications / Licenses

  • None required.
    • Project Management Institute certification preferred.
