We are looking for an organized project coordinator to support our project manager team in delivering exceptional projects. In this role, you will play a supporting role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. You have exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to a Project Director.

This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

  • Own routing content through internal processes.

  • Help monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Work with Sr. PMs and department heads to proactively plan and manage resourcing

  • Inform stakeholders about project status through regular updates and reports.

  • Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

  • Support the project management and client services team with client communications as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field

  • Experience using project management tools such as Hive, Scoro, Monday.

  • Highly organized with a high attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
