Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator & Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in supporting field operations by managing project timelines, coordinating dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate data records. This dual-role position ensures operational efficiency and supports real-time decision-making through meticulous data management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for generator maintenance and refueling teams.
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor generator performance and maintenance logs to anticipate service needs.
Data Entry & Management:
- Enter and update service records, fuel logs, and maintenance data into internal systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for generators, fuel supplies, and spare parts.
- Verify and reconcile data from field reports and service tickets.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for operational analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or data entry, preferably in telecommunications or field services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dispatch or asset management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based
- May require availability outside regular hours during emergency dispatches or service outages.
