Department /Position Description:
The Private Brands Program Management Team oversees the total integrated portfolio for all large, complex, and cross-functional projects supporting Private Brands' strategic initiatives including category business reviews, sourcing events, and transitions. This team is essential in the planning and execution approach to ensuring each initiative delivers expected business and/or operations results while driving accountability and providing visibility with all stakeholders. We work cross-functionally within and outside of the Private Brands Department with key stakeholders such as Private Brands Category Development, Private Brands Product Excellence, Sourcing, and Category Teams. The team provides project management and resolutions plans for over 150+ projects at any given time . This Co-op will be doing Project Management support by tracking end to end timelines for item development process, sourcing process, as well as the category review process. They will also be amplifying the private brand's initiative.
Qualifications:
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20

- Workings towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proficient Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and works well under pressure
- P roject management tracking and reporting tools are a plus
- Able to independently identify problems and propose solutions
- Able to work, collaborate, communicate, and present effectively
- Able to work under deadlines, set and balance priorities, with strong follow-through skills.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail required
