Hello, Program Coordinator!

Freeosk is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Consumer Experience team.  This brand new role will work closely with and report to the Director, Digital Operations, assisting with the successful execution of our products and solutions. The Program Coordinator will guide the production and delivery of a wide range of creative, marketing and digital projects, activating CX teams (internal, freelance and partners) to deliver a variety of cross-channel solutions.


Working collaboratively with the Client Success/Sales/Marketing Managers, and Creative team leadership, you’ll define the scope, timing and needs for projects that come through to the CX team, maintain status documents and drive projects to completion.


The best candidate is an expert at delivering creative, marketing and digital projects on-time/on-budget, forecasting upcoming needs and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


We work in a distributed environment.  Our office is in Chicago, but you can be located within the continental United States.  Travel will be required to our Chicago office from time to time.

Key responsibilities for this role...

  • Ensures that all key stages of the implementation workflow are managed end-to-end
  • Manage timelines, intake meetings, validating requirements and assist with the maintenance of internal/external processes
  • Partner closely with the Client Success team to ensure that all relevant client information is delivered in a timely manner and supports the CX workflow
  • Roadmap and forecast solutions 
  • Work collaboratively with CX leadership, Client Success, and Marketing/Sales managers to ensure feedback from stakeholders is consolidated and everyone is clear on next steps/timing

Your skills, background and experience include…

  • 2-4 years experience in the Digital Marketing Space 
  • Resourceful and cooperative in working with team members to obtain information, gain alignment and meet timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and accountable with a commitment to quality, service, and efficiency
  • Experience with project management best practices and methods, including agile methodologies
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Must possess prompt and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate ideas and provide creative direction
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Creatively innovate with team members
  • Technical Requirements: Jira, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT), Google Drive and Google Docs
  • Preferred Technical Experience: Basecamp, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and Confluence
