STV is seeking a Federal Programs Executive Coordinator in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. 

This challenging position reports directly to the Director of Federal Programs and is responsible for broad requirements which requires a high level of written, verbal and graphic communication skills.  The candidate must possess the ability to receive high level directives and work independently to create and administer organized process structures to achieve the group goals and communicate the goals and processes to individuals and other team/office leaders to build group consensus.

This position requires long range agility adaptable to a rapidly changing federal landscape, critical thinking, strategy development, the ability to independently challenge group think, industry research, patience to build a long-term vision plan and vigilance in monitoring the plans progress and the ability to adapt the plan as the industry changes and STV grows.

This position requires travel preparation for team members including travel booking, conference registrations, networking opportunity development, team events.  Overnight travel is expected to be between 10-20% for internal and external meetings, regional and national conferences. This position is a remote work position with the expectation consistent communication is required via visual teleconferencing, phone, email, chat services, et cetera, for a high level of contact for both STV staff, their affiliates, partners and clients. Regular in person meetings are required with the Director or their assignees in the STV Virginia Beach office located in Town Center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the business development strategies of the Director of Federal Programs
  • Assist with research of assigned federal market clients/partners and establish business development relationships and strategies
  • Analyze federal account plans, budgets and develop target lists
  • Take an active role in proposal due diligence and coordination working with discipline leads, marketing staff, center of excellence staff and corporate resources
  • Assist STV’s marketing team in preparing presentation and marketing collateral
  • Manage logistics for industry events and targeted client/partner meetings including:
    • Developing and maintaining annual event calendar/log and associated budget
    • Coordinate internal team selection with various teams and business units, discipline leads and centers of excellence
    • Establish, distribute and administer MS Teams channels and folder structure
  • Update CRM database and projections reporting documents
  • Utilize GovWin IQ and SAM.GOV subscription databases and coordinate search filters, perform routine report exportation and software handoff to existing and new internal tracking platforms such as Excel, Deltek, etc.
  • Schedule internal/external meetings and appointments; coordinate conference room/calls and catering needs
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external groups as directed to ensure prompt response time and to ensure efficiency of communications to maintain progress and key milestones relevant to task goals
  • Manage team calendars and independently schedule appointments
  • Assist the Federal Civilian Market Sector Leader with GSA schedule maintenance and responses as well as GSA sales reports
  • Assist STV accounting staff with CAGE code deadlines, responses and corporate filings
  • Coordinate with Corporate and Buildings Group Communications teams to maximize STV Visibility in the federal market
  • Log STV Federal Performance Evaluations System (CPARS)
  • Maintain log of PPQ files and client responses

Job Qualifications and experience levels:

  • 15+ years of Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Leadership Support
  • Present themselves in a corporate executive level of presentation in speech, dress code guidelines, and public appearance acceptable to a white collar professional corporate setting
  • 5+ years of utilizing GovWin and SAM.GOV
  • Must have strong experience in SF-330 proposal development as well as similar federal procurement methods including RFQ/RFP tracking, development and delivery
  • Independent worker driven by process and results
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office suite of software, PowerPoint presentation development, Adobe In-Design
  • Marketing Professional Credentials
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Business or Engineering
  • Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Experience in energy conservation, net zero development preferred

Compensation Range:

$95,453.79 - $127,271.72
