This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.

About the Role:

The Program Coordinator – IT Demand Planning plays a key role in managing the intake, prioritization, and execution tracking of IT demands across the North American business. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to ensure requests are clearly defined, properly prioritized, and delivered efficiently. By coordinating cross‑functional teams, monitoring dependencies, and maintaining visibility into demand pipelines, this position helps ensure alignment between business needs and IT delivery while driving consistency and continuous improvement in demand management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate intake, scoping, and tracking of IT enhancement requests across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Data & Analytics, and IT

  • Manage and maintain visibility into the demand backlog, including prioritization, status tracking, and delivery sequencing

  • Identify and track cross‑functional dependencies, resource impacts, and key action items to support successful execution

  • Partner with business and IT teams to support backlog grooming and demand prioritization processes

  • Track vendor‑delivered work to ensure alignment with approved priorities, timelines, and capacity utilization

  • Monitor active demand pipelines, highlighting risks, blockers, and opportunities to stakeholders

  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive timely resolution of issues and project delivery

  • Provide project coordination support for high‑priority initiatives, ensuring progress against scope, timelines, and objectives

  • Support continuous improvement of demand intake, governance, and tracking processes

  • Assist with training and adoption of tools and processes, including ServiceNow and reporting frameworks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, or IT demand/project support

  • Familiarity with project management principles and PMI terminology

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional business and IT teams

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar demand/project tracking tools

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT delivery environments

  • Experience supporting IT programs or demand management processes

  • Exposure to SAP environments or SDLC processes

  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and ownership‑driven mindset
