Requirements

 The ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years leading manufacturing operations.

• Experience managing supervisors and production teams.

• A background in metal fabrication, welding, automotive, aerospace, or similar  manufacturing.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• The ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• A passion for developing people and building winning teams.

 Compensation:

• Competitive salary:  based on experience

• Performance bonus

• Health benefits

• Paid vacation and holidays

• Retirement plan

• Long-term growth opportunity

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join a financially stable, growing manufacturer with a strong  reputation and loyal customer base. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, improve operations,  develop people, and make a lasting impact on the future of the company.  If you’re looking for a place where your leadership will matter every day—and where  excellence is expected—we’d like to hear from you.
