Job Description
In this role, the Cold Storage Specialist will be responsible for growing the sales and transparency of our Cold Storage Laboratory products portfolio by managing relationships with key customers, laboratory equipment reps and channel partners in the assigned territory.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Achieve set annual targets for the Cold Storage product portfolio by developing and driving execution of product strategies
- Build demand using product and application expertise including seminars, workshops and be the point of reference as an applied markets product champion.
- Work closely with regional sales, product specialist manager, channel and key accounts to identify market and customer opportunities in order to increase market share and revenue growth while also driving critical initiatives
- Support and facilitate market research into key market & pricing trends and evolving customer requirements.
How will you get there? Key to Success:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science within Life Sciences is preferable.
- Passion for laboratory equipment products (specifically cold storage products) and the associated markets
- 3-5 years of confirmed experience in a sales and/or marketing position in industry, academia, or equivalent with exposure to laboratory consumables and equipment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from market trends
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Consistent track record to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
