Carry1st is Africa’s leading games publisher and monetization platform, helping top global companies grow their player base and revenue across Africa and the Middle East.

We launch, localize, and scale games for global audiences, operate the region’s fastest-growing digital top-up web shop, and offer a payments platform that boosts revenue by up to 10x in markets with low card usage but high demand for digital content.

As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying and driving impactful growth opportunities for Pay1st, Carry1st’s fintech solution. You will cultivate relationships with the world’s largest game publishers and help them grow in our markets by adopting Pay1st. This will better serve gamers in Africa and the Middle East, ensuring no one is excluded from accessing the best content.

You will...

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects, then systematically lead deals from qualification to closing
  • Liaise with product and engineering teams to inform product strategy and ensure that Pay1st is a market-leading monetization product
  • Assist growth teams in continuously finding new ways to deliver value to partners once Pay1st has been implemented
  • Develop meaningful industry relationships, acting as an ambassador not only for Pay1st but Carry1st globally 
Requirements

  • +3 years of professional experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment 
  • Curious networker, can connect dots and provide value in order to build up both own reputation and Carry1st’s
  • Extreme proactivity, takes ownership for Pay1st’s success and can manage upwards / horizontally to deliver on objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, is able to rapidly digest new information and provide solutions
