Requirements

The Product Solutions Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer solutions utilizing the full range of Telestream products. They coordinate multi-product solutions with Product Managers and Owners to establish best practices and architectures, as well as hands on development on deployable solutions. Maintains opportunity focused planning and project management to assist in roadmap coordination in the department. Interfaces with technical partners for incorporating additional non-Telestream products into the overall solution suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer focused solutions utilizing Telestream products and partner technologies.
  • Coordinate technical requirements for solutions with Product Managers.
  • Maintain cross-product tracking for solutions and opportunities tied to them.
  • Research new technology to be integrated into Telestream solutions.
  • Work with Product leadership to identify and establish relationships with partners that can help expand the overall solution portfolio.
  • Build demo solutions for the sales team to be able showcase to customers. Assist with training internal demo artists on these solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical architecture documentation and resources.
  • Work with customers to generate feedback on proposed or installed solutions and coordinate with Product teams to incorporate this feedback into the roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Product Manager, or similar experience.
  • Knowledge of modern API protocols and payloads.
  • Experience with interfacing multiple products to create a combined solution.
  • Knowledge of media supply chain processes and workflows.
  • Technical familiarity with JSON, XML, and other structured data file formats.
  • Working knowledge of databases, particularly MS SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with Cloud providers, object storage, and cloud based compute. Experience with SaaS based solutions.
