As a Product Operations Manager you will drive cross-functional alignment between Product and GTM teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively executed across the organization. You’ll play a key role in scaling product impact by operationalizing feedback loops, rollout processes, and GTM readiness.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the broker between Product and Silverfort’s external teams (CS, SEs, RSMs, PMM) to align on priorities, share updates, and ensure clear, efficient communication
  • Lead field enablement for feature and version rollouts, coordinating timelines, training, and go-to-market readiness
  • Drive structured feedback loops with GTM teams, surfacing actionable insights to inform product decisions and strategic planning
  • Partner with the Community Manager and Product Marketing to scale customer engagement and amplify product value through field-sourced content and insights
  • Monitor and surface blockers during early access and rollout phases to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution
  • Support strategic GTM initiatives by aligning product operations with launch planning, enablement milestones, and field impact tracking

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations or product marketing operations or CS operations
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong familiarity with product development cycles, beta programs, and early access (EA) frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product rollouts, including field onboarding, enablement, and structured feedback collection
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate product updates into clear, actionable messaging for external teams
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a focus on execution efficiency and visibility
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and collaboration platforms like Monday.com or Slack

Nice-to-Have:

  • Background in community engagement, customer programs, or technical enablement
  • Experience working with both on-premise and SaaS companies
  • Ability to analyze qualitative feedback, surface key trends, and influence product direction
