We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst with a passion for crafting dashboards that drive clarity, insight, and action. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the product team and stakeholders understand how users engage with features, identifying areas for growth, and driving feature adoption. Your expertise in building concise, easy-to-understand dashboards will directly influence product strategy.


Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights into product usage, user engagement, and feature adoption
  • Analyze data to understand how users interact with specific features, identifying patterns and trends to inform adoption strategies
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the success of feature rollouts and user engagement initiatives
  • Deliver concise, visually compelling reports and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions are easy and impactful
  • Work closely with Product Managers to align insights with feature enhancements, onboarding strategies, and adoption campaigns 
  • Identify gaps in current reporting processes and lead efforts to streamline and enhance analytics capabilities

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics
  • Proven experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with a focus on simplicity and clarity
  • Strong data storytelling skills, capable of turning complex datasets into easy-to-understand visuals and narratives
  • Understand how to deliver data-driven conclusions that translate into actionable steps for Product Managers and Product Designers to improve product usability and experience
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and query languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Understanding of user behavior analytics and feature adoption metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in both SaaS and on-premise software infrastructure - an advantage
