As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans. Your role will involve conducting market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. You will assist in crafting compelling value propositions and messaging tailored for target audiences and then implement and execute marketing strategies outlined in the plans.
Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential as you work together to create and optimize content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing materials. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics will also be part of your responsibilities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather product information and insights for effective marketing communication. While deep knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred, it is not required.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep knowledge of the real estate industry preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in translating features and functionalities into real-world benefits and value propositions through positioning/messaging.
- Knowledge of marketing, strategy, and KPIs.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the proven ability to develop creative solutions and adapt messaging to different audiences for different goals.
- Collaborator who can work positively with a range of stakeholders across the company, mitigating potential disagreements and finding common ground.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- EXPERIENCE:2+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
