Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent global divisions in the country to drive sales and market growth. Each day, you will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Focusing on achievement of the target set for metrics like total demand orders (by ABB and third-party), growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and on-time delivery as requested.
- Evaluating market opportunities, determining appropriate activities aligned with the overall strategy, and coordinating opportunities across local divisions and local business units, as appropriate.
- Ensuring balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units and creating product demand by promoting technical aspects, providing solutions, and utilizing value-based selling approach.
Qualifications for the role:
- Ability to demonstrate 10+ years of total experience, with 3-5 years of experience specifically in product marketing or product roles.
- Proven experience in Go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution , Market research, and customer segmentation.
- Preferred additional experience cross-functional collaboration (sales, product, engineering).
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in English for messaging, content creation, stakeholder communication, with ability to present at executive level and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning and competitive analysis.
- Possess Market & Customer Knowledge like market sizing and voice-of-customer (VOC) insights.
- Ability to demonstrate Commercial & Business Skills like Pricing and packaging strategy and Sales enablement tools.
- Possess technical knowledge and understanding of medium voltage products and ABB portfolio.
- Ability to Identify market opportunities and define how products fit market requirements.
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills by working with Product teams, sales, and other functions with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Possess people management skills to be capable to lead a team of product market specialists.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), analytics tools (Power BI) and dashboards reporting.
