Canals is a bootstrapped, profitable startup transforming wholesale distribution (a trillion-dollar industry) with AI. Our platform integrates seamlessly with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe.
We’re a 55-person, fully remote team (40 in engineering) across North and South America, operating at millions in ARR and growing rapidly — without outside funding.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to shape how Canals tells its story — both to the market and to our customers.
You’ll be responsible for defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our product lines. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to turn complex AI-driven automation into clear, compelling value propositions that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, data, and go-to-market execution.
What You’ll DoDefine positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Canals’ products and differentiates us in the market.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform roadmap priorities and refine messaging.
Collaborate with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to align campaigns with product launches and audience segments.
Own key metrics around product adoption, NPS, and marketing-sourced revenue.
3–6+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B SaaS marketing.

Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills — you can simplify the complex.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
Self-starter with a bias for action — capable of moving fast with limited oversight.
Experience in SaaS, AI, or automation technology a major plus.
Bonus: background in wholesale, supply chain, or industrial software.
Bootstrapped and profitable — stability without venture chaos.
Clear impact — your work directly influences growth, adoption, and customer success.
