What You’ll Do

As the Director of Product Marketing for Exact Path, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how Edmentum’s Accelerating Student Achievement solution comes to life in the market. You’ll lead bold, strategic initiatives that connect educators and learners with transformative tools designed to accelerate learning for every student. From crafting compelling narratives to orchestrating high-impact launches and campaigns, you’ll be the driving force behind how our solutions are positioned, adopted, and celebrated. You’ll collaborate across teams, influence product direction, and champion innovation that makes a measurable difference in education.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the long‑range go‑to‑market strategy for Edmentum’s assessment and personalized learning solutions, owning 1–3‑year strategic planning, product launch orchestration, and integrated campaign activation.
  • Craft compelling narratives, messaging, and positioning that clearly articulate solution value, elevate sales performance, and strengthen customer engagement across all market segments.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment by partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive, end‑to‑end go‑to‑market execution across the organization.
  • Transform market intelligence into action leveraging research, competitive insights, educator feedback, and product usage data to influence product roadmaps and inform marketing decisions.
  • Mentor and grow emerging marketing talent, fostering a culture rooted in Edmentum values while building scalable processes that support team development and operational excellence.
  • Represent Product Marketing as a strategic thought partner in assessment and personalized learning initiatives, ensuring the voice of the customer and the market are at the forefront of strategic decisions.
Who You Are
  • You have 5–10 years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership, with domain expertise in K–12 or EdTech, particularly assessment and personalized learning.
  • You have a track record of launching and scaling education solutions with measurable impact.
  • You have proven experience in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • You are a skilled storyteller, able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • You use research, experimentation, and data to inform decisions, able to anticipate market shifts and proactively evolve strategy.
  • You have demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
  • You resolve complex cross-functional challenges and mentor peers, leading through influence and empathy, fostering collaboration and inclusivity.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving enterprise-wide impact.
  • You champion experimentation, growth mindset, and calculated risk-taking.
  • You have strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$120,000$140,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
