The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving product initiatives from problem discovery through to measurable business impact. This role owns stakeholder alignment, problem definition, research, ideation, and roadmap creation. 

 Senior Product Managers work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, validate problems, and shape high-impact initiatives. Their primary output is a set of well-defined epics that clearly articulate the problem, context, expected value, success metrics, and proposed solution direction. 

Operating within the fast-paced and highly regulated online gaming and sports betting industry, this role requires strong analytics skills, a data-driven mindset, and an understanding of the regulatory landscape that shapes product decisions across multiple markets.

What You'll Do:

Product Discovery & Problem Definition 

  • Lead discovery efforts to identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact problems and opportunities  
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and operational constraints  
  • Translate ambiguous inputs into clearly defined problem statements and opportunity spaces  

Stakeholder Alignment 

  • Own alignment with stakeholders across the business domain, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes  
  • Balance competing stakeholder needs and drive clear prioritization decisions  
  • Communicate roadmap direction, progress, and outcomes transparently  

Ideation & Initiative Shaping 

  • Drive ideation of product solutions that address validated problems, in collaboration with Design, Data, and Engineering  
  • Shape initiatives into well-defined epics, including:  
  • Clear problem statement and context  
  • Value hypothesis and expected impact  
  • Success metrics and measurement approach  
  • High-level solution direction and scope  
  • Initial wireframes or conceptual designs where applicable  

Roadmap Ownership 

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for their area, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business priorities  
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance  
  • Continuously refine the roadmap based on new insights, data, and changing conditions  

Outcome Ownership & Impact Assessment 

  • Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure proper measurement is in place  
  • Evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives against expected outcomes  
  • Take accountability for results, identifying gaps and driving follow-up actions where needed  
  • Feed learnings back into future discovery and roadmap planning  

Data-Driven Decision Making 

  • Leverage analytics platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and player behavior data to inform product discovery, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation 
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to build dashboards, define KPIs, and establish experimentation practices within your product area 
  • Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes 

Regulatory & Responsible Gaming Awareness 

  • Factor regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, and market-specific compliance considerations into product strategy and roadmap decisions 
  • Champion responsible gaming principles by ensuring product features support player safety and responsible play experiences 
  • Stay informed on evolving regulations across RSI’s operating markets and proactively assess their product implications 

Personalization & Player Experience 

  • Drive product initiatives that enhance personalization, player engagement, and retention across the platform 
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Data teams to shape tailored player journeys and differentiated offerings 
  • Advocate for the player experience in all product decisions, ensuring alignment with RSI’s mission 

Collaboration with Technology & Product Delivery 

  • Act as the primary stakeholder for Product Owners and the Product Delivery organization, providing clear, well-defined epics that are ready for delivery planning  
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the rest of the business, for all their product needs in their respective scope 
  • Ensure all initiatives meet a high bar of readiness before handoff, including clear problem definition, scope, success metrics, and business context  
  • Partner with Technology Product Managers to support solution shaping, ensuring alignment between product intent and technical approach  
  • Collaborate with Product Owners during delivery planning to clarify intent, resolve ambiguities, and support prioritization decisions  
  • Maintain focus on outcomes and business intent during delivery, without owning or managing execution details or team-level processes  
  • Stay available throughout delivery to answer questions, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with the original problem and expected impact  
  • Re-engage more deeply in initiatives that require additional user discovery or validation during delivery, particularly where solutions depend on nuanced user behavior or feedback 
  • Collaborate with Product Delivery and Technology leadership to continuously improve handoff quality, planning effectiveness, and overall delivery outcomes  

People Leadership 

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support to direct reports 
  • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement 
  • Support hiring and onboarding efforts to build a high-performing product team 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, data science, marketing, economics, engineering, or a relevant field required.
  • 5+ years in product management with progressive responsibility, including ownership of product roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholder management. 
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or adjacent regulated consumer tech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and experimentation to drive product decisions.  
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally. #LI-REMOTE

The pay range reflects potential variations in experience, skills, and location. The pay range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base pay, benefits, and/or bonuses. For candidates outside the US (Canada, Europe, Latin America), we take a locally informed approach to compensation and will share specific ranges based on your country of residence.
