ABOUT LENDINGTREE

LendingTree is the nation’s leading online lending marketplace. We connect consumers with multiple lenders so they can easily compare options and find the right fit — from mortgages and personal loans to credit, savings, and insurance products.
Our founder, Doug Lebda, started LendingTree in 1996 after his own frustrating house-hunting experience. What began as a simple idea to make loan shopping easier has grown into a platform that empowers millions of people to make smarter financial decisions every day.
What else you should know:

  • We’re a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: TREE).
  • We’ve welcomed several other companies into the LendingTree family to expand our reach and capabilities.
  • We’ve built the LendingTree app and My LendingTree dashboard to give consumers tools to manage and monitor their financial health.
  • We’re also committed to giving back — through philanthropic programs, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships that strengthen the communities where we live and work.

  • Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities within consumer financial services.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, operations, and legal/compliance teams to deliver impactful, compliant, and customer-centric product experiences.
  • Drive prioritization, product launches, and ongoing optimization efforts by balancing customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and regulatory considerations.
  • Use data, experimentation, customer insights, and market research to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Monitor product and business performance through KPIs, dashboards, and customer feedback loops, using insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Lead through influence and collaboration, communicating product strategy and outcomes clearly while fostering alignment across business and execution teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

    • 3+  years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, consumer financial services, or digital marketplaces.
    • Strong business acumen with experience supporting or partnering with senior business leaders.
    • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, design, and go-to-market teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort using data to drive decisions.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with credit cards, banking, deposits, lending, or other regulated financial products.
