Plume is seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our blockchain solutions. You will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, driving product adoption, and ensuring that our offerings resonate with target audiences, including developers, asset issuers, and institutional partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with market needs and company objectives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer needs, market trends, and our engineering capabilities. You will own the product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of impactful, high-quality solutions that align with Plume’s mission and strategic goals.

🪶 Overall Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy:
    Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with Plume’s overall business objectives and market opportunities.

  2. Customer Focus:
    Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from users, stakeholders, and market research to guide product development priorities.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and successful market launches.

  4. Requirements Management:
    Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  5. Roadmap Development:
    Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision, ensuring scalability and innovation.

  6. Performance Analysis:
    Monitor product performance through analytics, customer feedback, and key metrics, and use this data to drive continuous improvement.

  7. Stakeholder Communication:
    Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on product progress, milestones, and any adjustments to the roadmap.

🪶 Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors. Crypto native required.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and promoting technology products to diverse audiences.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the tokenization of real-world assets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
