The Cryptographic Tech Team at Binance researches the latest cryptographic protocols and encryption primitives, implementing them in our products to enhance user asset security, on-chain privacy, and exchange transparency. Join us and contribute to pioneering advancements in cryptographic technology.

We are looking for a results-oriented Product Manager to join our Institutional ToB Wallet team. This role serves as the central "delivery engine" for our most critical asset management features. You will take ownership of translating complex, non-standard blockchain logic into seamless enterprise workflows, with a heavy focus on Proof-of-Stake (PoS) Staking products and managing high-density cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Staking & Yield Products (Core Focus): Take full ownership of the Staking product lifecycle. Translate complex, non-standard PoS consensus mechanisms (e.g., node delegation, governance vote proxies, auto-compounding rules, and un-delegation delays) into unified, intuitive B2B workflows. Ensure all yield-generating actions and edge cases strictly comply with our MPC multi-signature approval architecture.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Agile Delivery (Core Focus): Act as the absolute driver of the team. Collaborate heavily and closely with underlying R&D infrastructure teams, frontend developers, QA, and external node providers. Track daily Agile sprints, proactively resolve technical integration blockers, and ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of heavy pipelines.

  • Ecosystem Integration & Asset Management: Under the guidance of the Core Product Lead, manage the integration pipeline and productization of high-value blockchains (e.g., ETH, SOL, SUI, AVAX). Work with the team to design front-end parsers and builders for smart contract ABIs to simplify non-EVM logic for institutional clients.

  • High-Quality Documentation & Prototyping: Deeply engage in requirement gathering and logic structuring. Deliver rigorous, edge-case-defined PRDs, and independently create high-fidelity, interactive UI/UX prototypes and state-flow diagrams using Figma.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of Product Management experience in the tech or Web3 industry. Previous experience with B2B asset management platforms, wallet applications, or complex backend systems is highly preferred.

  • Team Collaboration & Project Management: Strategic thinking with strong execution skills. Able to prioritize effectively under the pressure of multiple parallel tracks, manage cross-team dependencies seamlessly, and demonstrate strong control over project progress and stakeholder alignment.

  • Tools (Must-Have): High proficiency in Figma. Possess an excellent sense of interaction design, capable of independently delivering complete prototypes while clearly communicating design intentions to the engineering team to prevent misalignment.

  • Technical Empathy: Solid technical intuition. Familiar with basic API calls and JSON structures. Able to understand front-end/back-end integration pain points and comfortable reading technical documentation.

  • Professionalism: Resilient under pressure, outstanding communication skills (able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical realities), possess "closed-loop" thinking, highly reliable, and result-oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • Deep understanding of PoS staking economics, governance mechanisms, and node delegation across various ecosystems.

  • Previous experience with multi-chain wallet integrations or an understanding of basic Smart Contract/DApp interaction logic.

  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM fields.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
