Product Manager, Senior Specialist – Cash & Savings (Digital Experience)

As a Product Manager for Cash & Savings, you’ll own the end‑to‑end digital experience for Vanguard’s Cash Plus product across our secure website—ensuring clients can clearly understand, confidently manage, and trust their cash accounts.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy, design, engineering, and risk, shaping a bank‑like digital experience inside a highly regulated environment. This is a high‑visibility role with meaningful impact on how clients interact with Vanguard every day.
What You’ll Do
Own the digital experience for Cash & Savings products across Vanguard’s secure website, with accountability for clarity, usability, and trust.
Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, client‑friendly experiences.
Partner closely with design, engineering, platform, and risk teams to define priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver compliant solutions.
Represent Cash & Savings needs within a shared secure‑site ecosystem, influencing roadmap decisions across teams.
Lead product discovery and delivery—from problem definition through launch and iteration.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously improve navigation, information hierarchy, and client outcomes.
Influence enterprise‑level prioritization and contribute to broader digital strategy initiatives.
Mentor and coach product team members toward best‑in‑class product management practices.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in product management, digital experience, or related roles.
Proven ownership of complex, web‑based consumer experiences.
Strong systems thinker comfortable working within shared platforms and constraints.
Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and risk/compliance teams, ideally in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, healthcare, etc.).
Exceptional ability to simplify complexity and advocate for client‑centered solutions.
Confidence navigating large, cross‑functional stakeholder environments.
Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
