As a Product Manager in the Client Accelerated Response Team, you are an integral part of the team that that is tasked with understanding and resolving the challenges that clients face implementing Commerce platform products and value added services. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring the client's implementation concerns are addressed quickly, products are functioning as expected, and expected client ramp schedule is maintained. This position requires understanding of the payment lifecycle, technical integration experience, ability to query transactional data, research and solution client escalations, and collaboration with cross functional teams. This role will sit within the Merchant Services product organization.

Job responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the payment lifecycle and its impact on merchant services.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with client systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in an accelerated manner.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and requirements related to merchant payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- 5+ years' experience in data analytics
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Critical thinking skills
- Solid influencing and partnership / skills to drive cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
