📐 About this role

Writer is experiencing an incredible market moment as enterprises race to adopt generative AI. As the leading full-stack AI platform for business, Writer empowers companies to deploy AI agents that transform how work gets done. We are looking for a Product Manager, Growth to drive the expansion and engagement of Writer within our enterprise accounts.

This role focuses on product-led growth inside the enterprise — turning initial deployments into scaled adoption by increasing seat expansion, agent creation, and day-to-day usage across teams. You’ll partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing to identify friction points in adoption and build experiences that turn pilots into enterprise-wide rollouts.

You will report to our Director of Product.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

  • Define and execute the growth strategy to expand Writer adoption within accounts, driving more users, more agents, and deeper engagement

  • Build product-led motions that make it easy for enterprise customers to onboard, activate, and expand usage without friction

  • Partner with Sales and CS to understand adoption blockers, and turn insights into scalable product improvements

  • Identify and deliver features that encourage cross-team usage, agent sharing, and multi-department expansion

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to launch in-product experiences, nudges, and analytics that drive seat growth

  • Monitor key metrics such as activation, usage, retention, and seat expansion to inform data-driven decision-making

  • Stay ahead of trends in enterprise PLG (product-led growth) and apply best practices to scaling AI adoption

⭐️ Is this you?

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on growth, adoption, or product-led expansion

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally in a product-led or hybrid GTM model

  • Proven track record of designing and shipping experiences that drive user activation and account growth

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing product usage data, and making data-informed decisions

  • Highly collaborative, with experience working closely with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to align product with revenue goals

  • Bonus: experience driving adoption of AI, automation, or workflow products in the enterprise

🍩 Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees)

  • Generous PTO, plus company holidays

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family

  • Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)

  • Fertility and family planning support

  • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri

  • Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options

  • Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution

  • Annual work-life stipends for:

    • Home office setup, cell phone, internet
