Product Manager – Fenergo / KYC & Risk

* We are looking for Poland based candidate. 
* This role is hybrid and may require working from the office in Warsaw. 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong knowledge of Fenergo, KYC, Risk and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) to support the development and optimisation of client onboarding and compliance processes within a financial services environment.

• Own and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog for Fenergo-based KYC and CLM solutions.

• Analyse and optimise end-to-end KYC, onboarding and client lifecycle processes.

• Define and improve risk assessment, client risk rating, CDD/EDD and periodic review processes.

• Translate business, regulatory and operational requirements into product features and user stories.

• Work closely with KYC Operations, Risk, Compliance, Business and Technology teams.

• Identify process gaps, operational risks and opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Support Fenergo configuration, workflow design, integrations, testing and releases.

• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, business and risk management requirements.

• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in banking or financial services.

• Hands-on experience with Fenergo, preferably Fenergo CLM.

• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD/EDD and Risk Management.

• Good understanding of client onboarding, risk assessment and periodic review processes.

• Experience in process analysis, optimisation and transformation.

• Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
