Product Manager, FAS Digital & Analytics

FAS Digital & Analytics is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance customer experiences and drive business value. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and analytics partners to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive successful product outcomes.

A strategic, customer-focused product leader with experience owning digital products, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more digital products.

  • Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Gather customer insights and market intelligence to inform product decisions and enhancements.

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

  • Monitor product performance and leverage data to improve customer experience and business results.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve issues, and support strategic planning activities.

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Development, or a related area.

  • 2+ years leading large cross-functional projects or teams.

  • Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and optimization.

  • Strong experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver digital solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in digital product management and customer experience optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Experience using customer insights and market analysis to influence product strategy.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
