The role emphasizes empathetic communication, conversion performance, HIPAA compliance, accurate documentation, and caregiver experience in a fully remote environment.

Build and maintain Ceresti’s Flutter-based iOS and Android caregiver applications. Responsibilities include native-feeling accessible UI, API integrations, secure authentication, push notifications, offline-first functionality, PHI protection, mobile CI/CD, store releases, analytics, crash monitoring, testing, and performance improvements. Collaborate within Agile teams, review code, mentor engineers, and support healthcare-focused product development.
