We are looking for a Product Manager to work with the development team that builds our Core Integration platform: the service that allows our software to communicate with financial institutions. 

What you will do

  • Own and drive the roadmap for a Core Integration team, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Develop expertise in banking core integrations to enable seamless digital banking features with stability and scalability.
  • Manage the backlog, writing clear specs, prioritizing enhancements, and resolving production issues.
  • Handle high-volume inquiries and production challenges, proactively driving resolutions and long-term improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders (Clients, Implementations, Sales, Architects, IT, Tech Support) to prioritize initiatives and enhancements.
  • Improve documentation and requirements management, reducing knowledge gaps and operational dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to support cross-team feature enablement.
  • Lead the Core Integrations team (Developers, QA) to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Modernize legacy systems, delivering critical digital banking capabilities with operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in product management and agile environment, more than 5 years in IT sphere
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and dynamic environment 
  • Ability to work closely with engineers to define API contracts, optimize performance, and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Ability to analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and work with engineers to improve API response times and scalability.
  • Excellence at gathering requirements and buy-in from stakeholders 
  • Experience writing and reviewing requirements for business, user, functional and non-functional use cases
  • Fluent with technical concepts related to systems integration, such as APIs and/or SDKs
  • Advanced analytical and business analytics skills
  • Effective communication across all levels and types of stakeholders.
  • Passion to innovate within the consumer in FinTech space
  • Advanced English skills (verbal and written)
  • Working hours are approximately 3am - 11am Pacific Time, with some flexibility based on the candidate and team

  • Familiar with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) development practice
  • Experience managing products that require active, ongoing production support
  • Experience within banking or financial services domain
  • Experience with B2B2C specifics and direct business customers communication
