About the Role:

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure (Networking) to lead the development and execution of networking solutions within their AI-focused, carbon-reducing cloud platform. This role involves owning the networking product roadmap, defining technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Crusoe's high-performance GPU compute and cluster networking offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and networking, with experience in launching hardware or networking products. They will play a critical role in shaping the long-term strategy, synthesizing customer feedback, and driving key product decisions to support Crusoe's rapidly growing customer base in the AI sector.

A Day In the Life:

  • Understand and empathize with our customers and gather their feedback.

  • Synthesize customer feedback and broader market analysis into concrete product features.

  • Prioritize features within the roadmap for your product area.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Infrastructure engineering, Cloud Software Engineering, SRE, finance, and the executive team to define detailed product specifications, execution timelines and economics.

  • Distill complex technical details into executive facing narratives and decision docs.

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field.

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience, or of product-minded engineering experience.

  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

  • Experience building and launching hardware or networking products.

  • Proactive and self-directed: must be able to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct technical experience working with Networking hardware and protocols.

  • Familiarity with Software Defined Networking (SDN) and VPC networks.

  • Familiarity with RDMA network fabrics (e.g. InfiniBand or RoCE)

  • Familiarity with cloud or enterprise Wide Area Networks (WAN).

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $148,750 - $205,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
