THE ROLE
We’re hiring Product Management Interns to help define and ship AI-powered experiences that support patients, clinicians, and care teams between visits. The challenge lies at the intersection of changing patient behavior, fitting into clinical workflows, improving care outcomes, and making the business sustainable. Our impact is measured by patients living healthier, longer lives: our studies show that translates to a 27% drop in hospitalizations.
You’ll work alongside engineers, designers, clinicians, and operational partners to understand real-world care delivery challenges, identify high-impact opportunities, and turn them into clear product requirements and experiences.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a defined product initiative – from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration – while learning how to build products in a complex, highly regulated, and deeply human domain.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct product discovery by identifying patient, clinician, and care team pain points through research, data, and operational feedback
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics
- Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and operational teams to prototype, launch, and iterate on AI-powered product experiences, building mock prototypes
- Roll up your sleeves to drive impact wherever needed – from shadowing patient calls and training care teams to prototyping solutions and shipping code
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028
- Prior internship or equivalent experience working on products, technology, healthcare, or customer problems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
- A product-first mindset and genuine interest in understanding user needs and driving real-world outcomes quickly
- Deep curiosity about AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, paired with sound judgment on leveraging them to drive meaningful outcomes
