We are looking for a Product Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.

This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the customer journey to identify and execute strategies that enhance acquisition and activation.


Responsibilities
  • Optimize performance by designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments across various marketing channels and conversion points..
  • Conduct in-depth user research including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Analyze qualitative data (e.g., session recordings, user feedback) and quantitative data (e.g., funnel analysis, cohort analysis) to identify growth opportunities and inform hypotheses.
  • Manage the growth experimentation roadmap, ensuring a continuous cycle of testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Design, Content, Engineering, Data and PMM teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Report on experiment results and growth performance to stakeholders, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a Product Growth or Growth Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments that have led to measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Proficiency with analytics conversion tools (e.g.,Mixpanel, VWO, Clarity,etc.).
  • Experience with user research methodologies including user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing session recordings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous optimization and a strong bias for action.
