Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to join their team in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
  • Provides objective evidence of results.
  • Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
  • Identifies and documents discrepancies.
  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
  • Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts, components, and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings, specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing plans
  • Physical ability to stand for duration of a shift; able to lift, carry, move and manipulate a large volume and variety of parts
  • Willing to work variable shifts; including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience identifying, root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal team leadership role

Summary Pay Range: $49,000 - $66,700/Annually
