All About the Role:

Electrolux Procurement is responsible for sourcing direct and indirect materials and services across the entire Group. Its vision is to be a world-class organization that continuously contributes to the Group's strong drive for innovative products and service solutions. It focuses on functional excellence, strong collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, and leveraging global size to ensure the lowest total cost of ownership for materials and services purchased.

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to support the sourcing and optimization of our transportation operations. The successful candidate will assist in the build, analysis, presentation and implementation of procurement events within our Coupa environment. This role is critical in shaping our transportation strategy through competitive bid management, supplier evaluation, and contract execution, ensuring reliable service and cost-effective logistics across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Bid Preparation - develop and execute structured procurement events, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for transportation services within our Coupa environment.
  • Define bid scopes, evaluation criteria, and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure bid packages reflect operational and strategic requirements.
  • Bid Analysis & Award Strategy- Analyze supplier proposals for cost competitiveness, service capabilities, and alignment with business needs.
  • Build comparative models and scenario analyses to support data-driven award recommendations.
  • Present scenarios across logistics modes to assist in mode selection.
  • Present findings and sourcing strategies to leadership for final decision-making.
  • Supplier Relationship Management - Cultivate strong partnerships with transportation service providers, balancing performance, cost, and innovation.
  • Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and KPIs; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and feedback loops to strengthen collaboration.
  • Contract Management - Lead contract negotiations in partnership with Legal and Supply Chain teams.
  • Ensure supplier agreements are current, comprehensive, and aligned with operational and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of Coupa sourcing tool preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation strategies and contracting.
