Summer Internship Program Overview
Capco’s 9-week Summer Internship Program (SIP) is designed for rising seniors graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026. The program begins with a one-day immersive training session focused on consulting fundamentals, professional development, and Capco’s delivery approach—equipping you with the tools to succeed from day one.
Following training, interns are placed on a real client engagement under the guidance of an experienced Capco Project Manager. This hands-on experience provides exposure to consulting methodologies, client strategy, and personal brand development—laying a strong foundation for a potential full-time career at Capco.
What You’ll Do
As a Capco Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain insight into client business challenges and Capco’s approach to solving them
- Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis to support project objectives
- Evaluate processes and controls and contribute to recommendations for improving operations
- Prepare, participate in, and document client meetings and workshops
- Create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and insights
- Support the development of new market opportunities that expand Capco’s business and brand
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science,Technology, or a related field (or demonstrated interest in these areas)
- Graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 (Rising Seniors only)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
Compensation
- $30 per hour
