Armstrong Transport Group (ATG) is seeking a Process/Business Analyst to play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing business workflows with a focus on agentic AI solutions for our agent network. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions by evaluating current processes, identifying areas for automation, and implementing AI-driven workflows that increase efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and agent stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into actionable AI workflows and system enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption in transportation logistics, building intelligent, adaptive solutions that empower our agents and teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and document current business processes acros agent workflows, operations, and back-office functions, with a focus on opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Partner with product, engineering and operations teams to gather requirements, define use cases and translate business needs into functional specifications.

  • Design and optimize agentic AI workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and agent productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, process gaps and integration points with enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, user stories and business requirements.
  • Support AI solution testing and validation by partnering with QA and engineering teams to ensure AI workflows perform as expected.
  • Measure and monitor process performance, recommending enhancements to improve adoption, efficiency and scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or related role.
  • Experience with process design, requirements gathering, and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or intelligent workflow tools (exposure to agentic AI solutions is a strong plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and translate ideas into executable processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
  • Experience with project management or agile methodologies (JIRA or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of data analysis (SQL, Excel, or BI tools) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
