We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as a Continuous Improvement Business Process Analyst. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical systems and end-user adoption. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, support system implementation, and lead training initiatives to ensure successful deployment and sustained usage of enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system solutions
- Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Document system processes, user guides, and technical specifications
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Serve as the go-to expert for specific business domains or system modules
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and system capabilities
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and process optimization
- Participate in system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, supervisors, and leadership
- Create engaging materials: SOPs, quick reference guides, videos, and e-learning modules
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and performance metrics
Salary Range: $65,000-$95,000
Preferred QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, training, or SME roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, D365,)
- Power Business Intelligence (PBI) creation and interpretation experience desired
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Experience with digital training tools
- Required Travel 25-50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with connected worker platforms
- Certifications in business analysis, instructional design, or project management
